No need to call them on my behalf. I'm through trying to deal with them. I just spent $120.00 for fiber glass replacement parts from EagleDancer and they are on the way to me. I've been in this hobby for over 50 years (God Bless has it been that long...) and I usually have great luck with folks in this hobby. I have been civil and patient with NitroModels...but no more. I deal with mail order all the time, because I live in Hawaii and many hobby companies over the years. I've delt with companies over seas in Asia and Europe, all with good results. With out a one doubt, Nitro Models has been dishonest and untruthfull and they are the worst company I've ever delt with. With so many companies doing business in the hobby...I can go many other places to spend my money. There are some really great companies to do business with, some even do the extraordinarey for you...and one great company is VQ. I've had great good service from Tower Hobbies and many other folks and companies both large and small.

Integrity is everything and so is Customer Service. NitroModels hasn't a clue and to be honest I really feel they don't give a da_m one way or another.
