Hay Bob,
You know, I've tried for months with this company...and now that the word is out about NitroPlanes lack of customer service...all of a sudden these folks want to make it right. I, with all good intentions, tried for months to deal with these folks. Bob, I know you may just want to make all things right, but after almost four months of trying to get my parts, I ordered replacement parts from an other source. I have no idea who Vincent is...and at this point, I care less. Vincent has my e-mail address and my phone number...I sent it to NitroPlanes at least a dozen times. I'm not the only individual that has issues with NitroPlanes. I've also turned it over to my credit card company...and when he sees he will lose $$$...I'm sure he will find my e-mail address and phone number again. My business is going to go to VQ and AK-Models, or other venders that honor their sales and have customer service.
