Karyn are you talking about a shaft driven tail or a belt driven tail. If you are asking about the rear axle that drives the rear blades and rides in the gear case then yes I have replaced the rear axle twice. The only thing I have not checked was the rear case axle bearings. I will check those when I get home tonight.
