G62s have used Walbro HDA48 series for at least 19 years...The HDA 48 had a transition problem that was fixed by changing the brass high speed nozzle to part number 86-550 for the A version..Never saw a B version, most were HDA 48C until they changed the length of the steel piece on the end of the throttle shaft...New carbs are HDA 48D, other wise identical to the original HDA 48...If you have a G62 with something else on it, someone changed carbs...
FWIW, maybe if DA would send a 50 to Walbro they could get a carb that worked as well on their engine as the HDA 48D works on the G62
One way to do carb linkage, you can copy it if you want, it works very well
