RE: FS one by Horizon Hobbies
Thanks Mselig for info on setting up the 4 channel Futaba. Haven't tried it as yet, will wait for my son to come home. Been reading where some have become frustrated with stuff that just don't go right and I can see their point. It brings back to me, the years I worked as a "Field Service Eng" . When our company introduced a new machine we had many service calls on both hardware and software problems which were all eventually fixed. This resulted in a very happy customer base and some time off for us guys. But the most important reward was that our customer sales were always high and many customers told me that the reason they bought our machines was because of customer support. I have only had two issues so far with FS One, mostly because I am new to all this RC stuff and I am not too swift anymore, old age seems to that to a fella. The way I see it, any future problems that I have or think I have (Cockpit problems), all I have to do is let it be known to the FS One support crew and it will be taken care of.....
