Default RE: Blade CX flybar damping mod

Wow - This is way to cool! Thanx for the credits guys - and back at you - HOLY cow - I am very impressed with both of you! Excellent - I told my wife I HAD to reply to this before crashing! (Yes - this is that cool to me!)

Taffey! SoloBoss is right on! You're modification is so simple and creative its downright hard to beat! Great Job! Awesome flight report also!

SoloBoss - you keep thinking man - maybe one of us will pull off a loop at this rate! (Might take us a while though) Also, I like the idea of the fixed dampener to - especially an adjustable one. I have to think on that too (I thought of a screw set in the end cap but that would wear the plastic and would not work as nicely as Taffey's I don't think... more thinking to do) - but I can assure you BOTH - I will be trying the foam idea - the littel carved "T"'s - makes a lot of sense. Flat portions above and below - very cool - Less Clacking so FAR? Eh? (Can't wait to try that!)

That is Awesome! Maybe we can tap some extra stuff from this bird! If you think about it - with the clack gone - there really isn't any reason I can think of that WOULD prevent some attempts at some radical stuff.... Not 3D with a CX per say - but I could see a loop in our future for sure.

But talk is cheap - and I am still waiting on my main gear and shaft to arrive in the mail - so I'm in possession of a box of parts. [&o]

But not for Long [>:]

Hey - its late and I pretty tired - but I'm thinking - I love when I'm thinking! thanx guys!

Signing off - Augering In - Later!
