Don't feel bad. I've been messing around with planes for over 35 years and never had a successful flight. (Takeoff & landing) I've built alot of planes and repaired many of them. I've had several flights that were good, for a few minutes, but the ending was always the same. My biggest mistake other than not having an instructor, was believing that flying a plane with just a rudder and elevator was easy. Three days ago I downloaded the g3 demo. I plan on buying it soon. I believe my next flight will be a little more interesting.
