Default RC Simulators

I have been using G2 for about 6-7 weeks now in preparation for a heli purchase. FMS was okay to get the fingers going, preflight is marginally better but I'm having a ball with G2. You can really make life h@ll for yourself with gusts and weirdo models. There that was on topic I think...

P.S.

Galifrey - I think you'll find that "splitting the line in two" is technically referred to as a "pair gain" system. And the 28k connection speed is a common result. It's used to avoid giving you your own "pair" back to the exchange when this might involve infrastructure upgrades. If BT is like Telstra then they can even (sort of) get away with it because they only guarantee a data speed of 19.2k. As a matter of fact they are currently fibbing in some ads for ISDN home saying it's "3 time faster than a standard connection". (i.e. comparing 64k to 19.2k)
