Essentially, the conversation between two salesmen and the customer were informal. The manager (one of the salesmen in this case) explained to me that this guy had purchased 2 helis and a small electric plane from them already. When I say the conversation was informal, it was literally talk between fellow hobbyists (at least that's how I saw it).

Wouldn't the odds be that if this guy bought 3 models off this store already, he'd be listening to the store anyway???

I don't know... I always thought the more information the better. I've been in lots of stores where an opinion is valued, and I guess I'll just leave the chips fall where they will.
