I'm getting ever so close to starting the fuselage on my LT-40.
Sig recommends a .40 size engine for it, but I've done a little research and it sounds a bit on the weak side.

I would like something close to 1.5 bhp.
I'm looking into buying used to keep the cost down. I've know about OS 46fx, but since I'm looking for used, this engine is hard to find.

I've found a used Webra Speed 40 ringed motor for sale. How are these engines? I can't find any specs on it. Sounds like it has more power than your avg sized .40 though.

What other good engines for this plane am I missing?
