"< this can be true if you are flying very low, say 10 feet over the runway inverted and then pull on the elevator stick instead of pushing on it to climb out. Normally as long as you have altitude, you can realize that you made a mistake and correct it before things get worse. Extra altitude gives you time to react. Crashes usually occour when you run out of altitude, and ideas at the same time!
