My Super Tigre 3000 manual calls for 10-12% oil and specifically states that an oil content of normal fuel (18+%) is detrimental to the engine. I was able to pick up from a station here in Ct, straight Methanol for $3 a gallon. Mixing that with fuel containing 10-15% Nitro and 20% oil gives me home-brew ST fuel of 5-7.5% Nitro and 10% Oil for about $9 a gallon.

The shop from which I buy Methanol sells in a sealed 5 gallon drum. Remember once you open a can to transfer the Methanol to one-gallon fuel containers and seal them tightly for future mixing.
