You should compare the P70 to the falcon, the falcon is a bit bigger than the P70, but much closer of size than the JF50.

Actually though if you think about it, his comparison of the Bee and the P-70 is not all that far off.
It's a 14lbs turbine at 6000ft.
Chances are he can get 15lbs of push out of it.
The saved weight over the P-70 makes up almost the same thrust difference.
Lighter motor, less fuel load, more flying time.
