Try not to use any PVC. It is very heavy. I had to scrap turret tubs, torpedos and torpedo tubes of it.

I got some scrap kitchen cabinet veneers scraps from a custom cabinet place and rolled them and glued them with plastic and clothes pins.

Yes you can launch the torpedos out the tubes with a servo and a 1" diameter spring behind it.
