When I bought my Platt Spitfire from Dave, I asked him point blank what engine he would use if he were to build one again. He recommended the Moki 1.80 and I took that info to the bank and bought a Moki for use in my bird. You won't get any better advice than from the master himself! But, hey. That's just me.
