Looks good so far Ferndale. If it's still tail heavy cut down the
mass of the rudder by half and use 1.5mm foam or thinner.
Also the stabs can be made with the thinner foam. If it's still
tail heavy add the weight to the nose and install some elevator
flaps to the tail.
