I have yet to get to this step yet, but I'd like to hear some people's idea's on how to paint/cover/seal the Aircraft's Canapy Frame.

Here is a pic of the FW190 from HoB that I'm buidling. I used to always paint the frames, but it's doesn't look as think and realisitc. Any ideas? thanks!!
