Really in the end it comes down to application, and what you value in a motor. Would you rather have ease of setup, shear power, reliability, low weight, service, dependability, and on. Most motors are pretty darn good these days, though I have had a few turkeys. You can even get a dud, it happens.

Hence the debate continues.
