RE: Bluejay Utter Chaos 60
Shane,
I just started one of these myself.
The first thing I did was purchased an 8' piece of 90 degree 1/16th inch aluminum - cut it into 2 4' lenghts. The slots in the ribs fit in the aluminum - ala wing jig. The ribs needed to be sanded a bit as some were too long. I've got the right wing done and am starting on the left wing. I'm using seperate aileron servos mounted out on the wings. Not sure if I'm going to buy a new .91 4-stroke or if I'm going to use a .61 fx I have on hand. I'm going to keep it as a trike gear airplane - no retracts. I can post a few pics of the build so far if you want.
Good luck on your build.
Scott.
