I have thought about getting a Mini-T, and with Christmas comin' around, figured I could get some stuff. I want to build a custom aluminum chassis. It would be extended, and possibly, wider. I want to know what thickness I should get, 1mm? 2mm? 3mm? Also, could the aluminum that thickness be easily cut with a hacksaw and drilled? Anyways, I hope I get some help. BTW, if I do this, I will use 6061 grade alum.
