They are using the "factory set limiters" as a seller feature to great success I might add. Based on the other EVO engines that showed up at my field, its very hit and miss wheather the engine will run half decent out of the box. Some have indeed run great out of the box and others wouldn't stay running. It turned out that on some, the low speed needle valve was completly closed!!
