What is the lightest, most powerful 2-stroke .46 glow engine I can buy?
I think you people are getting out of hand. The Gee Bee is designed for a .40-.46 engine and any of the .46 size engines will make it move very smartly. Putting a .60 in it will probably cause it to be over weight and have to put weight in the tail. A friend of mine has one and is installing a Thunder Tiger .46 in it and I know it will fly very fast with this engine. I mean how fast do you want it to fly anyway? You are not going to race it anyhow, unless you are getting a couple guys together and go racing. Also remember added weight means faster landing speeds. Also the airframe is not built to handle a .60, so you might have it go to pieces in the air like the real one did. Just my thoughts
