I'd have a YS 63 in there and call it fast enough. This thing, while modeled after a '30's era pylon racer, isn't a pylon racer by todays definition. It is more of a Golden Age racer, and a hot four banger fits the bill nicely. And I bet you'd be surprised at how fast it would go with a YS 63 in it.
