I am trying to setup my TC4 for a carpet oval also. I've never raced onroad cars before so I'm just trying to figure all of this out also. I did buy a full set of BSR Pink/Orange foams though. But I still need to get a swaybar set, spring set, and a couple other goodies before I get into it. I heard people say the touring car class will be a Spec class mainly for the Trinity T-spec, but they will allow other cars as long as they are running a Trinity 21 turn Spec motor and 1600 Nicad spec batteries. There's also a rumor going around that they will just make everybody run the GTB 13.5 so I'm going to hold off on buying a new ESC and motor for now. I would prefer a 19T spec class though.
