I ride mine until it dies! It's a nicad and I don't want to worry about the whole "memory effect" phenomenon. I can usually get several weekends worth of flying out of one charge. When it does die, I have a 12v Glowbee rapid charger that can put an 80% charge on it in 20 minutes or so. That gets me through the rest of the day and then I give it a proper C/10 top off charge when I get home. The nistarter I'm currently using has lasted nearly 10 years with this kind of handling. The one prior to that lasted about 5. I can live with that.
