RE: Official HPI MT2 Thread
I found the pictures of the MT2 with a big block I had. I know remember how they moved the brake disk to the front, it had a carbon fiber radio tray that was grinded down to fit the disk.
This poor truck died when I hit a slightly raised sewer cap hidden in the grass at full speed. I lost the carbon fiber radio tray front gear housing chassis and more. It was a very nice truck now that I think back. It had many great modifications including the Big Block conversion and I bought it for $180 off Ebay as an RTR with all these mods. This was a score and I still have all the modifications it came with installed on my current trucks. As you can tell from the pictures I hit the sewer cap perfectly at the edge of the chassis some how. It was going full speed and came to a sudden stop, I didn't expect it and my eyes kept going as if to follow the truck still moving. What a sad day that was, I am getting sad all over again looking at the pictures. But on a good note the RB Concepts .21 engine lives on in my Kyosho Inferno 7.5 Kanai III buggy and it makes the buggy rip.
The first picture is a picture of the truck the day I got it (before the accident), you can see the radio tray was modified to fit the disk brake in the front.
