Hmm, so ChrisMH, you actually put the triangle stock inside the fuse? Interesting. I covered the triangle stock on the outside of my pt-40, didn't find that too hard to do. (I won't make the same claim about covering the rest of the plane, took me a while).
I'm going with the non-exposed servos. I have to admit I never really thought about the fact that torque rods is actually an even cleaner installation.
Nice covering job halflight. Green's a bit pale for my taste. Definitely not looking forward to the covering stage.
I didn't use the tri-stock. I just cut a piece of 1/4" sheet to fill the space between the fuse sides under the hstab.
Oh, one thing I've read: if you don't use the torque rods, put another hinge on each aileron close to the fuse. The torque rods act as a hinge for the ailerons there and if you don't install them your ailerons won't be fully supported.
