Hmmm....you are confused over what exactly?
Let's see if we can help your decision making process: Should you richen it or lean it? Well, since no harm will come from richening it, let's do that for kicks.
If you richen the setting by turning it counterclockwise, absolutely no harm will be done. Hey, for kicks, let's try that first.
Did you try it? What happened? It got better? And you can give it more throttole? Great! Now you know what was wrong!
Or....did it got worse? Oh, well now you can lean it out, and be confident that you were choking the engine with too much fuel because the factory starting points are always very rich (rich=lots of fuel vs air).
[Blue Thunder (BT)will run ok...but the oil am't and type in it can lead to the one-way bearing slipping when starting, but so does Traxxas fuel. BT and Traxxas fuel are probably the two most hated fuels in the RC world. Not everyone has issues, but enough people do to make them notorious pains in the A*s.]
