I also have the Yak 54 with the fibregalss fus, I agree its a good plane mine is not heavy but then its the small one not the one you have.

Yes I have a very good digital scale and will weighy everything tomorrow but for a taster the bare fus is 3.25Lb now that is light, very light, one thing I have just noticed there is no provision for installation of the rudder servo? no formers, no rails nothing, supposidly to enable you to postion the rudder servo to suit the weight of your engine, or am I being too kind to CMP?
