Its actually very,very,very easy. Get a roll of non skid pad like what they use in kitchens and in toolboxes. Its a rubbery mat with lots of square holes. Cut a piece only as big as you need it. Place it on the part you are painting and use a hair dryer to make the piece lay flat on what you need it. Im not sure what paint you use but I use fascolor. I mix about 3 drops of black with about 10 of silver and spray lightly. Just enough to get good coverage but not to let it run. Move the body around so that you can get all the way around but make sure the mat does not move. Then take the mat off and hit it with black. It kinda looks like this.
