Default Need something that will handle wind

I'm pretty new to electric 3D, and want something that will handle wind. I see the flat foamies getting tossed around like a ragdoll in 10 mph winds, so I don't think that is for me. Maybe something blasa, like the reflex, or the GP reactor or whatever it's called. I basically want something that i will be able to hover in my backyard, or go down to the park after school and fly. It can get pretty windy in the winter here, especially around the beach. I was about to get an airfoilz edge, but they have been out of stock for a long time. I don't have a huge budget either seeing as I'm only 16, but I'd still like a few suggestions. I want to crisp up my flying on my Goldberg Sukhoi, and I think an electric will be more benficial than my simulator.
