Check out the Super series of planes from [link]http://www.3dfoamy.com[/link]. They will handle the wind as well any others.

My 3D balsa park flyer(Skeeter 30) doesn't handle wind any better than the foamies I have flown, but it sure would break up a lot more if I plant it. The heavier the plane the better it will handle the wind and generally the more difficult it will be to 3D. All of my 3D park flyers are less than 1lb AUW.
