I've got a wobble.

The top part of my BCP head seems like its bent or out of round but it doesn't seem to be due to the shaft. It's only from just above the blade grips to the, and including, the top screw. It's the stock BCP head with the bell/hiller upgrade. BTW, I'm seeing this with and without the blades, which I've balanced, installed. Only from the top of the blade grips up...weird. If it matters for diagnosing, I'm using two dampning washers on each side of the "feathering rod" and I've spent quite a bit of time balancing the fly bar as well. Heck, I even found out you can balance the main gear/shaft.

Any ideas??
