two things come right to mind.....is your flybar bent? If that is straigh then it is possible your center hub is bent. Also be aware that IME the blade always seems to have a slight vibration (even without blades). Even with brand new parts they don't seem to be 100% straight. With my heli this goes away once you start getting to about 40% throttle though.
