Set the low end needle at 1&1/2 turns out, and the high
speed at 2 turns out. Remove the glow plug....put your
finger over the carb....and spin the engine with the
electric starter. You should see a "mist" of fuel come
out the glow plug hole. Put the plug back in, and the
engine will start right away.
Sometimes a new engine just needs a good priming.
