with regards to using balsa or a soft pine- i would use it for the nose of the tub- its more for ease of shaping than toughness
i think if you hit something your gonna wreck it big style so a bit of hard er wood probably not gonna help to much.
Balsa for the tub sides -well there is hard Balsa but i would go with ply! but thats just me.
on the predator plans i think the holes for ther sponsen tub are only round! lol
i did wonder on the Blazzin y the front hole was a weird shape [&:]thanks for the info there!!
gonna get my tub glued up today-maybe get a pic or 2
i think im just gonna glue my sponsen spars in with epoxy unless someone says otherwise
