Good God... If I count everything up (9303, Salvaged Batterys, Salvaged 45Amp ESC, etc), I'm in to this thing for pretty close to ~$1400. My justification is that I had that big old battery laying around and the esc doing nothing, plus the 9303 was only being used by one aerobatic plane, now it has a dual purpose!

Just don't spend the rent money!
Shag,

Just being smart here, you can justify food, clothes, water and stuff like that. You can't justify the cost of a hobby it's just something you want to do, not need to do. Well, I could be wrong there, I'm addicted to this heli craze, can't get away from it.

Holy Moly!!! In the last year, with all the buying and selling of helis, and crashes and parts, batteries, chargers, a zillion set of blade, upgrades, modification, and who knows what else. I'm approaching 4 grand, not a typo error, four grand. Whew, when will it stop.

My T-Rex will be the last purchase for a while. I'm gonna upgrade my Raptor G2 this winter, if Santa Claus lets me.

Hey, it's all a bunch of fun and a great hobby, very challenging to say the least.

Take care and keep it from crashing,
