Wow, all I asked was for a clarification on the regulations regarding hanging and towing objects with or from an RC model aircraft; not to start a heated debate on whether its safe and whatnot.
We are trying to get you some regulations going so you can organize your stunt. STL seems to be moving a little slow right now... please be patient. Try reading the threads about paintballing and you might see his agenda is pretty full trying to get roolze and regulations in place to organize that activity. Although many think he is Peter Pan, STL is actually a mere mortal…it will take time.
