Firewall: Some of our firewalls did not come pre-marked as stated in the manual. Even if you received a marked firewall it’s still a good idea to check these measurements prior to installation.

To find the thrust line, measure 75mm or from the bottom of the motor box and firewall and draw a horizontal line across the front of the firewall. Next, measure and draw a vertical line down the center of the firewall. Draw another line parallel to it 9mm to the left of your centerline to create your offset centerline. Now apply the template over the horizontal and offset centerline as stated in the manual.

DA50 Template: Please measure your template included in the manual prior to using it as a guide to install your motor. Failure to check it could cause you to incorrectly drill the holes for motor installation.
