This boils down to the simple AMA test:

If what you want to do may cause an accident,
then it is not insured because it is dangerous/reckless.

If what you want to do cannot lead to an accident,
then it is insured

... of course,
Who cares if it has insurance if there cant be an accident that needs the insurance.
Only new activities that wont need insurance are insured, but if you need insurance then the activity wasnt safe enough to be done with insurance..... Maybe you can tell if it is insured by whether or not the insurance pays for an accident that happend.
