I had the opposite effect. I have been flying my Blade CP using the flat bottom blades. I tried to use the aerobatic blades and could not get much lift with them. ( Just thought I would give them a try.) Anyway just increase your blade pitch a little at a time until you can hover at about 3/4 throttle, with out the red light coming on, at least until you are at about full throttle.
