46u - just a quick question (not actually related to the MT2)...

Just bought a Savage X SS Kit and am currently in the process of assembling it all. Have finished up the front rear bulkheads.....however the UPPER ARM BRACE (part #86048) has a small amount of movement on the shaft.

See photo..
Everything is done according to the manual - I don't see the movement as causing any trouble, but it does kind of rattle a little when the bulkhead is moved around. I know you've got a 4.6SS 46u and was just wondering if it is like this on yours?

Thanks.

Mine is a cross bread has all sorts of parts on it. I have the X bulkheads so when I go to different tracks makes changing fluid easier if need be. Yes my brace all so has some play in it. I all so will tell you that the upper arm pins on the X are known to come out around the poor stops on the bumpers. You can either use a zip tie to hold the bumper mounts together or do what I did. I do not like the way the zip ties look so I took a couple lower pins and cut them to length and use the old bumper mounts.
