Default pheonix models seabee

Has anybody built the Seabee? cheapy 46 size pattern plane.........seems to be good quality but it trims out with 1/8" up trim at full throttle. Balance is slightly tail heavy but within the +/- alowable from CG. I borrowed an incidence meter and the model seems to have about one degree of incidence in the wrong direction...............just wondering if anybody else has the same problem.
I'm going to try to adjust both ailerons down slightly, like flaperons, and see what that does...... I don't know how that is going to affect performace otherwise. The 46 gives it plenty of power. Flys way too fast at full throttle. Will the flaperons slightly down drasticly change the shape of manoeuvers like rolls or stall turns????????????
