ok first of all the package comes with batteries. an that truck doesnt need a charger.. it's a pull start not a roto start so u dint need a charger. i really dont likethe toggle though i once used my dad's toggle controller and i liked it but once i started to use thegun type i found that u have way better control.. if i were u i would try to find anotherdeal without the toggle.. but then again u might liketoggle better
