yea i think it would be better... it was my fault that i got the rtr... i just went in the hobby shop looking for an rc without doing reserch. the rtr breaks a lot. but remember that if you are going toget the kit that you are going to invest in some parts like a transmitter and servos and such.. post some pickswhen ur done
