I have been working with this horribly temperamental dynajet for some time and have just competed the tuning, somehow, it works fine now. anyway, theoretically speaking, we believe (that is my aero-engineer "Smarter" brother and I) may have a throttling design that might work. It uses a control system that regulates pressure in the head. Its in the design process right now, but you can email for more info. This is for an atomizing pulse jet, not an injected one. Also, there may be a way to use ram-air to the engines advantage (hopefully bringing the 4.5 lb thrust dynajet up to 8-12) Therefore eliminating the need for a chute over the head. Again, who knows, but it has its possibilities.
