Saleens7, I found a dinghy that will work for the front of the boat. It needs to be painted white and given a little TLC, but the scale looks right on the boat.

Here is the link to the website on the box...I actually purchased it from Walmart for $4.95. The figure in the box also sits well in my custom made fishing chair. I will post pics as I paint and set it up.
