Electron, those Hitec 645MG's would be perfect. In this size plane, I don't think you'd notice the difference that digital servos would make. As always, get some heavy duty long servo arms, (Dubro makes some great ones) so that you don't strain the stock servo arms and the control horns on the surfaces.
