Thanks for the reply and the info about the aileron trailing edge. I can't get over how much better your plane looks after your recover, it doesn't even look like the same plane in the picture with yours and the stock DO.
I will be giving your trailing edge mod a try over the winter. I've been flying my 46-DO with a Saito 100 and love the power but I did notice the last time I had the plane to the field that one of the ailerons is warped quite badly so hopefully your mod will help correct my problem.
