What are you going to do with the prop? We have offered to replace it or give you a full refund and have heard nothing from you since.
I apologize if you misinterpreted my initial comments about contacting MSC directly.
I was simply offering you the opportunity to register your complaint directly with MSC as we have immediately following your initial email.
Obviously this has been blown way out of proportion and we wish to bring this to immediate closure.
